Gx470’s Gear shift assembly

Hello everyone,

I’m new here, but I’ve already started to notice that many parts are compatible between the two models: GX470 and LC120. I wanted to know if this specific part is also interchangeable between them:

I found this part from GX470 that fits model G2003-2009 and I want to install it on a Land Cruiser PRADO 120 model 2007.
Can you please share your experience, thoughts and knowledge.
