I just bought a 2004 GX470. I popped the hood and noticed that someone wrote in sharpie "Rear AIC Deleted 1.3lbs". Does anyone have any idea what this means?

My guess would be someone deleted the rear A/C because of a leak. 1.3lbs would be how much to charge it now.
