Got the rack/pinion replaced on 06 GX470 and after returning home the following day I noticed fluid on ground under it. Checked and didn’t notice anything major. Headed out of town and fluid was pouring out of vehicle. Can’t see exact location of where it’s coming from but power steering reservoir hasn’t gone down or the oil in the motor. I’m thinking transmission fluid as it looks like it and it’s the only fluid I can’t check easily. Any ideas?

Get it towed back to whoever did the steering rack work. Both your transmission and power steering use the same type of fluid.

Plan
to do that once I get back in town. I’m thinking high pressure line or seal damaged when the work was done just seeing if anyone else has had this happen. Thx
