Is there an issue with the heater valve to PHH steel tube with a 1" lift?

Gumby, no issues with that. I guess I did a pretty poor job of writing up my install after I had posted forever about what folks thought of body lifts - especially a 1" lift for the reasons I needed one. Exhaust and intercooler plumbing clearance, more shock, more tire, more bigger ;)

At any rate, I've had mine on since just before the DV daze trip (early March?) and have put on about 12K miles since then, taken it over to the San Juans in CO, Moab, UT and a bunch of places in CA, hit triple digit speeds more frequently than I'd like to admit, and have generally just driven the truck like I always have. I did replace the PHH this past summer and if anything, that was easier. My one and only "real" issue has been the very slight push I've had to give the tranny shifter lever to put it in park to release the key. That's it.

I was able to very easily re-use the stock radiator brackets and then drill new holes for the top mounts in the bib. Home brew brackets to raise the front bumper up an inch. Total cost was about $80 for all the spacers and hardware.
