Longfields and such fit without grinding correct? Unlike on the oem ones?

Its not the hub thats the problem, its the knuckle balls.

They hit the inside of the knuckle balls, look at the instructions on bobbys site and you will see. Never heard of clearance problems with the knuckles, just the balls.

The 6 shooter is not the problem. It's the few thousandths on the inside base of the knuckle ball. 30 seconds of grinding at most. In fact, while I had to grind a tiny amount on my Fj40 (with FJ60 axle), I did not have to grind at all on my FJ60 (with FJ62 axle).
