The forever Good and Kind ubuntulord has provided me with the most complex FSM (Full Service Manual) ever devised.

Given the beast in question, the Land Cruiser, I'm hardly surprised.

But, some basic questions:
- Where's the Index mentioned in the General and Intro bits?
- Is Chrome okay to use or must we revert to AltaVista (joke)?
- No Search - really or just me being stupid?

Sample question:
- Engine (you just have to know your engine) > Belt (V Belt) > Tensioner > Pulley

Ctrl-F is a help but, seriously, where's the Search?

Any help would be lovely, thanks,
Patrick

Below is based on the last time I used the paid online program - a few years ago now.

I don't know how the various sections of the file you are using were pulled down, so I can't say for sure, but I doubt you're going to find a working search function. Why? If you pay Toyota for access they embed links that correlate to their server file locations. So unless someone could also pull down a mirrored server file structure, I don't see search working.

Assuming you are looking at a PDF version, you could recreate the links yourself using Acrobat or other PDF file creation tool but that would take a lot of work.

Hopefully someone who knows the current structure will come along and confirm or deny the historical application info above.
