As some of you who commented during the public scoping period regarding the Greater Sage-Grouse know, the BLM recently announced its Greater Sage-Grouse Conservation Scoping Summary Report. It covers both the Rocky Mountain and Great Basin Regions. The document is now available for public viewing at: http://www.blm.gov/wo/st/en/prog/more/sagegrouse.html Of particular interest to the OHV community is the paragraph on Recreation and Travel Management found in Category 8 of the Scoping Summary:
