Great looking bumper

Is that Lexus likely the newest body style? Not a big fan of the front grill but seeing it with a built in bumper and less Lexus grill looks pretty good.

I looked at these very briefly. They look like they could be OEM, but with a winch mount. Approach angle is a little better than stock but the sides are still plastic though.
