I rented one of those 3 door, short wheel base Prado's when I was in Costa Rica a few years ago. Nice little diesel motor, basic features, and an ugly gold paint job, but it was fun to drive around. I think we burned 1/2 tank of diesel in 5 days of driving across the country....
