grade 70 chain

hi everyone, i'm looking for a grade 70 chain and i've found that it has a WLL of about 6600 lbs. does anyone know what the safety factor is on this ( 3:1 or 4:1) ? thanks

Any that I found had a 4:1 factor, there was a blurb on 2:1 on a site, but can't find it.
