Trying to turn this trailer into an overland trailer What would you all recommend on flipping axles or any type of brake lights?

In Kansas, if it’s under 16 ft no tags or lights are needed as long as you can see your vehicle lights.
personally I’d leave lights and brakes off of it. Keep it simple
axle should be able to flip over and bolt to underside of the springs instead of on top For a soa setup and bigger tires.
It’s a baby sized trailer, you can pretty much do whatever you like and be ok
