G'day, I've noticed a lot of you have interest in aussie model cruisers so I thought I would share this site with you. It started out as a little private advertisers only weekly publication and has growen to a national publication that now includes trade ads and has the website. This has been my 'bible' for years for buying cars, 4wd's and accessories. Just follow the usual process eg. Buy>used cars>choose a model or type a keyword. I guess location won't be a big thing, all of them will be a freaking long way away.....

found this pic of a troopie listed for sale is Aussie, look at the factory tachometer to the right of the steering wheel.

I actually went and looked at this troopie last week. It's in a car yard in the street next to my work. The wanted A$7K for it. Thieves I tell you. It's a bit rough all over (ie see daylight between back doors from inside pic) This week it has dropped to $4990 and says to make an offer. Might go offer them $1K and see what they say.....:D

If they decide to part it out. I'm really interested in the tacho on the dash. Do they ship internationally?

Unfortunately these guys wouldn't part it out and I doubt they would ship internationally. They are just a small little low budget car yard.
I am sure these guys would have the tacho in stock, they show at least two diesel troopies they are currently wrecking/parting out.
http://www.landcruisermart.com.au/ . There is a fair chance they would send parts internationally I would say. They are also right near where I work so if you have trouble contacting them, let me know and I might be able to sort something out for you...
