So after five months, I'm finally back in the old 42. Kind of an unnecessarily long time I waited to get it done, but the rear diff is finally rebuilt. Just in time too, my 87 pickup kicked the bucket, surprising for a low km 22re. Gonna miss that comfort. Nevertheless, glad to be back in a Land Cruiser. Hope you all had a great Christmas and I hope to join you on the trails in the new year!

Haven't looked into it too much but I'm thinking the timing chain might have come loose or it's the oil pump. Could be something different. Wasn't a pretty sound when it happened. Barely made it home

Hahaha awesome! Too bad I wasn't around, left it there and met up with my mom and headed to Duncan to go look at a Tacoma for her. Stopped by RADD Cruisers too. Saw lots of Land Cruisers today even on the road. Have you seen the beige 40 parked on Peatt road? Also got my pickup towed out to Metchosin, busy busy day.
