Good find Jack thanks for sharing.

Chicago should snatch that bad boy up.

BTW why are you looking at FJ40 stuff on CL?

I thought one of you guys might find a use for it.

Well, I wasn't looking specifically for 40 parts, just happen to see it and thought someone on here might need it (Chicago). Plus I am always scoping out LC stuff, it's what I do. :hillbilly:

Speaking of, so far I have found an early 60's model 40 (corregated hard top), a mid to late 70's 40 and a 55 in Winnemucca.:flipoff2:

That 60's FJ40 would be a fun resto project if it isn't a pile of rust and hasn't been hacked up.

Know what condition the fj55 was in? =)

I can't get that close to it, but it looks complete. It looks like it has been sitting for a few years, so I can't tell what the overall condition is. And I can only see the very rear from a distance and the front from slightly closer. It is parked next to another vehicle and next to a house.

Thanks for keeping an eye out for me Jack!
Sarmark had one that he was gonna give to me, but Silverback is using it in the interim. So, theoretically I have a full soft top?
If that throttle jockey, sheet metal hater doesnt roll his rig, it should be a pretty nice one.
Well see though.
