I do have a typical small handheld video cam. The one-handed digital affair, the stereotypical standard for birthdays etc, not a GoPro type thing. I'd like to put it in a cradle of sorts that would rest on the top of the dashboard, to record trail runs. Maybe some sort of heavy sandbag or shot affair with some reasonable amount of adjustment possible on the cradle to align the camera properly. Any good ones out there, before I start playing with my benchrest sandbags?
