Hey everyone,

I've been messaging Todd Kaderabek at TT, and since he's always in need of content, I was thinking I could help anyone who would want to submit write ups or rig build ups, or shoot photos of club members and their rigs just to have for such a purpose.

This kind of thing is a lot of fun for me (meaning I geek out about it), so that's why I'm throwing this out there. Maybe, once the weather warms up we can bag as many members' rigs photos as possible on an easy trail run or someplace cool to pose 'em. Gives me more practice shooting trail runs as well.

And we can use some of these for the BBCNN web site too.

I won't be able to make the club run to Moab because of the FJ Summit trip, but take notes and lots of photos. I'll see if Kaderabek would want something from that trip for the magazine. Even if the magazine doesn't use anything (because they'd be tired of me bugging them now), we'd still have content of our own for our web site.

We have very cool rigs in our club, I'm all for showing them off.

I think it'd be a fun thing to get going, and as an added bonus, we can add some things to the web site, depending how easy that is to do.

I'm willing to help in whichever way possible.

Keith S.

I just read the club reports in the Jan/Feb TT. Most of the content could come from threads in this forum.
ie Jacks build, Keiths bumper, the Steves loop trail run.
The rest could come from Mikes meeting minutes.

It would only take me a few minutes to add a club report page to the site if I have the verbage. I can also insert pictures and wrap text so it has a magazine feel to it.

Or would that be a violation of the TT copyright?

The magazine really does not want much that's been published elsewhere, print or web. I've been through this with the Steam Shovel story. (Thing to remember with this then is if you want to submit it to Trails, make sure it's different than what's been posted or printed elsewhere)

I'm just thinking out loud with this thread, but if anyone's interested in doing write ups/photos on rig buildups, group photo at a club run, something on the Moab run, whether it ends up in Trails or on the web site, I'm willing to help.

I'm looking to do some free lance (for the club of course the work would be free) media stuff, and some of the club events would make good practice for me.
