Gear reduction Starter FJ40

Anybody have a picture of a gear reduction hooked up
I have a 64 with the starter starting to go
I purchased a gear reduction starter from classic cruisers and cannot figure out how to hook it up
I have looked at the posted wire diagram and I still can't figure it out

From another poster's 77 FJ40:

Big battery cable goes on M8 stud.
Trigger wire from key switch goes to spade terminal that is inside plastic 'cage', accessible from the front.
