i see that you used the Volkswagen coil. What year and model is the coil came out off?

You using the 1HZ/1HD-T/1PZ/1HD-FT/1HD-FTE thermostat? They use the same gasket (16346-66020)

90916-03089: 76C opening temperature, 90C fully open.

90916-03117: 82C opening temperature, 95C fully open.

So you are using a thermostat that opens at a cooler temperature and is fully open for coolant flow at a cooler temperature as well.

only 20000cst oil and 1hz thermostat push down cruise temps from 90c to 83c.. waiting for radiator effects...

new bumper project.. i know its not most beatiful one but need its specs.. it must allow air pass to rads and oil cooler which between chasis.. and of course carry 12k winch with easy access..

now it is paint, i will share final photos..
