FZJ80 Catalytic Convertor rework

I just got back from a 4 day trip to Death Valley with our Boy Scout troop. On the trip I discovered that I have an exhaust leak and 2 broken hangers. I'm going to use this 'opportunity' to replace/reroute my cats and exhaust on my '96 FZJ-80. Two questions.

1. What cats/muffler system works best with OBD2? I'd like to keep it quite, not looking for growl or to sound like a Volkswagen.

2. What shop in Phoenix area is best for a custom exhaust job on a FZJ-80? I'd like to find someone who understands the needs of a offroad rig.
