As mentioned above, the vacuum lines diagram should be in a decal under the hood. If it is damaged or worn, the image above may help.
Search the Fuel System on the Engine Manual. The instructions on how to remove and assemble the carburetor include the vacuum lines.
As for emissions, the procedure is under Idle Speed Inspection in the Engine Mechanical section.
Last but not least, fuel tank piping is in the Chasis Repair Manual in the Body section.
