New FZJ80 owner with 170,000 miles. Runs and drives excellent but I’m having an issue with the initial startup each day, especially in the cold (below freezing). Also have an intermittent issue with my passenger side brake light not working all the time. I’ve traced the issue back to my fusible link using this incredible website. I’ve attached some pics of what appears to be a poorly installed fusible link. The gray connector is missing and it just looks all cobbled together. I have 2 new FLs ordered but I realized that I don’t have a vehicle side gray connector to plug in to.
