Can someone snap a night shot of the reverse lights from the drivers seat? Id really love to see how they light up whats behind the van.

Fully lit, any chance you have a reverse led that will fit an 80 series cruiser? I dd the 80 in the winter and it would benefit most from the reverse led mod. Would make backing into a parking spot at work in the dark way easier..

Thanks

D

Same bulb so yes I do have something for an 80:)

darwink I am taking some pictures for you. They'll be up later tonight!

Thanks guys.

yes please if you have these in your 60 take a few before and after shots for us if possible

From the cab

Here are two quick shots I could grab tonight. Took them in my parking garage. I will take better ones once I get the rear cargo light in. Being in Houston where everything is lit up makes it hard to take night shots :frown:

No reverse lights on:

I think you can pretty much tell the light goes everywhere. Look at the MDX license plate and the 6-series hood. IMO the shot of no lights on is what the stock ones looked like haha.

HTH

Until next time.....

Thanks for the pictures K, looks like a big improvement when compared to the stockers. Now Im wondering if any of the other bulbs would fit an 80... Might just have to order 2 kits.

Even if they don't he already has kits for the 80 series.

Landcruiser LED kits

That is the link for his website. Obviously a work in progress under the Landcruiser section. Seeing as we don't have a complete 60 series kit yet... :D

Working on it as we speak:)

Awesome, nice to see the website up. So the front marker lights you are working on will be comparable in output to the reverse lights? (7W Cree)

I think if anything they will kick the crap out of the stockers.

Like I said before the 7W Cree lights overheated. So It will need to be a smaller LED.

I am anxiously awaiting what he comes up with :D

EDIT

I am telling you guys they overheated in the front marker spot. Not the reverse spot. They work perfectly as reverse lights. Read more below

Musta missed that, too much peaking in this thread without any paying all the much attention.

They overheated? When did that happen? TK

I guess I should clarify :)

They overheated when I had them in as front marker lights (under the turn signals). No problems with them as reverse lights.

oh ok good, If they overheated as reverse light that would be a major problem.

Can you get red dome lights. I like the brightness but I would like to turn them on at times while driving and not loose my night vision.
