Full radiator and heater flush

Hi,

Can anyone suggest which hose I need to disconnect for a complete flush of the radiator and heater and where should the tap water pipe go?

Remove upper hose from radiator.
Remove lower hose from radiator.
Remove thermostat. Flush engine separately from radiator.

At first I used hose water AND THEN flushed with distilled. You can use all distilled if you like. Put everything back together. Run engine for a few minutes. Take it apart and do it again.

Then fill with red coolant concentrate and topped off with distilled.
