Unplug all the hoses from top. Disconnect the filler tube at the rubber.Drain tank from the plug underneath the cover. Undo straps and lower the tank.
Ive never done the main tank on a 75 but they may have a panel in the floor you can remove under the drivers seat so you can get access.
If they dont have one its going to be fun getting to all the fuel lines.
You could disconnect some of them further from the tank where rubber fuel line meets metal fuel line
