Same thing happened to my '01 about a week ago. 247,000 miles. Same symptoms as you describe. A week in my driveway without starting. Turned out to be the fuel pump.

I suppose you could but then you have a hole in your carpet? Remove seats(the 2 seat is heavy I'll say) , pull back carpet and there is a panel with 2 screws. Good thread on it on MUD make sure to d/c battery firstIs it possible to NOT have to remove seat by way of cutting a flap in the carpet? Or is it directly under edge of folded up seat? At 227k and some longer roadtrips coming i should probably have a spare on hand.
You have a 2003 model, some of the electrical stuff including fuse box is different than the 2002 model discussed here. Have you tried to trouble shoot it systematically or just throwing new parts at it? The fact that it won't crank now is a good news, that gives you a specific area to look at.
holy crap that's a relief.Don’t have to drop the tank on 100s. Just pull up the rear seat and pull back carpet. Access hole is in the floorboard!
The fact that it's not cranking even when I jumpered the EFI fuse or bypassed the EFI completely led me to the fuse box. I also noticed that one of the ABS relay in the fusebox buzzing when I tried to start. The starter and battery were replaced within 5K miles so I know they are good. The only thing I haven't tested is the fuel pump but i'm afraid that the fuse box problem could disable the fuel pump as well. Another thing I notice is the right rear passenger window is not working from either switches. There's so many electrical issues that could point to the fuse box so that's what I'm leaning toward replacement as it is easy enough for diy depsite the expensive cost.

So its not the fuel pump. I bought a brand new Denso fuel pump and installed it. Same issue of I drove it about 3-4 minutes and it died.
Wiggled the fuses while someone else cranked it the key, nothing, wouldn't start.
Checked Techstream and there's no codes.
Did you have blinking security light when it cranked with no start? I would get fuel pressure before swapping new fuel pump.
Going to check the fuel pressure from pump tomorrow when it's light outDid you check fuel pressure from old pump? What is the new fuel pressure?
Did you have blinking security light when it cranked with no start?
When I put the key into ignition, the blinking red light disappears so I can say it's no an immobilizer issue?
May be. This is not a good indication when the engine cranks and starts. It should start when the security light is not flashing. You need to find out if it is flashing when the engine doesn't start.
How did you figure out which fuse box to order? Is/was there any leaks from windshield?

How did you figure out this is the one you need and not those in the passenger kick panel?
2001 here, same issue just started a couple weeks ago. After taking cover off relay, getting spotting voltage. Steady now with a new fuse, but my mechanic recommended new fuse box. I'm waffling between a bypass "fix" or $600+ on new fuse box. Curious to find out if it works for you.I'm chasing similar issue and despite rigging up the EFI bypass, which helped for a few trips, it won't even crank now. I'm ordering the fuse box and will try to diy. I scanned for code using OBDII reader and it came up clean without any issue which leads me to electrical wiring.
