Fuel leaking at startup (1 Viewer)

I’m having a fuel leak at startup from this area by the carb. I’m kind of a noob at this stuff so I can’t really explain where it’s coming out so here’s a picture. Had the carb rebuilt by a company called national carburetor here locally. Is this something they would’ve caused in the rebuild process? Was not leaking before
