The last time I was in the PI I noticed that no matter how much fuel I add to the tank; the needle doesn't move more than a 1/8".
I am not sure if the sending unit (83320-69165) in the tank is at fault or the gauge.
My plan it to measure the resistance; then add some fuel and remeasure to see if the resistance has changed.
Hopefully accessing the sending unit connector does not require lowering the tank.
Does anyone know what resistance I should read across the connector pins at empty, half and full?

Not an answer but applying battery voltage to the gauge should make it read Full.

Right now the gauge needle is sitting at approximately 2/3.
If I disconnect the sensor from the gauge harness the needle should drop to zero.
I will read out the voltage coming from the gauge and jump the gauge leads to verify the needle moves to full.
