Pull the release while turning right into the gas station....

These simply snap in and out - can't figure out the comment about the aggravation. 10 seconds if you stop to read a text message.

Sweet timely thread!

Now I know why the gas door stopped working 2 weeks ago. I did the cargo panel thing at the gas station myself. The lighter trick is even better.

Best of all... a really cheap fix. Woot!

I just went through the same thing with mine 2 weeks ago. After a little thought I came up with checking the classified here and what do you know, found someone parting out another green 94 just like mine that still had a good fuel door on it. Ended up getting mine for $20 S&H included. Check out the classified section, it's one of the great resources of this forum.
