I have a MaxNC Model 15 CNC milling machine with all the bells and whistles for sale. This mill features a closed loop system with optical encoders to make sure that the tool is at the correct position. Also included is an embedded (attached computer) that runs the mill. The embedded computer gives you the option of writing 'G' code programs in the comfort of your home, uploading the program to a SD card and then uploading the SD card info to the controller. Spindle speeds are controlled from the software commands along with mist or flood cooling. I do not have a mist or flood cooling system to include in the deal. The machine has way covers to make sure that the ways and lead screws are not damaged by chips.
The mill has never been crashed and the 18" table is in perfect shape.
I have also included the following tooling:
1) New MaxNC Vise
2) ER16 collet system (6 collets included)
3) Two t-nuts with studs and regular 1/4-20 muts
4) Two MaxNC table clamps
5) Two 1/2 hp spindle motors (one 10,000 RPM and the other approx. 2000 rpm)
6) 512MB SD Card, PC card reader/writer software, and SD card plug-in reader/writer.
7) Lazer edge finder
I have used the machine about 10 hours total (running). I bought the second spindle motor since the 10,000 RPM motor is kind of noisy by design. The second 1/2 HP motor is quiet in comparison though not as fast. I have machined aluminum exclusively on the machine. It cuts aluminum very well. No steel machining whatsoever by me however it's perfectly capable of doing so.
I'll have it listed, starting this Saturday, on e-bay with a higher reserve price than I'll let it go to a fellow mud member.
Price including the mill, and tooling: $2,700.00+shipping of about $125. These mills, minus the tooling retail for $4554 so I feel that the price I'm asking is very reasonable. Check out the MaxNC site at MAXNC PRODUCTS small table top CNC machines. Search for the "15 CLEC" model to see specifications.
You won't be disappointed in the mill. It works wonderfully. Customer support from MaxNC is great whenever I've ordered accessories.
Mill will be shipped from Olympia, WA in the original padded box that I bought it in. The table will be locked with a shipping fixture to stop potential damage. Embedded computer will be shipped in a separate box.
Thanks for looking.
