Brand NEW Ranger Communications RCI-2950 AM/FM/SSB/CW Dual Band Mobile Transceiver. Works on the 10 and 12 Meter bands. I heard it is illegal to use this on the 11 meter band?? I bought this unit a couple of years ago intending to install it in my L/C but never did. It comes will all wiring and mounting hardware to use.
