I had a few of these made up since I get a discount for quantity. It's a rust repair panel that exactly duplicates the bent metal piece that's under the rear door of 40 series trucks with ambulance doors. These are shop made at a metal fab company, can't be bent with just a brake due to the tight angle. They exactly duplicate your existing outer panel, and don't include the structural pieces behind it. 48" long, cut to fit, won't fit over existing panel which must be cut out. $50.00 and 12.00 freight (or actual if less) in the lower 48, I have four left.
