This came with my '67 parts rig which had a 350 in it before I got it. I plan on puting an sm420 or 4spd in my '70, so I have no use for it. I'm not positive on the brand, but the PO told me it was an Advance Adapter bellhousing.
As far as condition goes, the clutch broke and put 3 small holes in the housing. All the holes are no more than 1cm in diameter, and aren't in any critical support type areas. You could patch them up pretty easily. As far as I can tell, there is no evidence of stress cracks, but I'm going to clean it up really nice in the nexrt couple of days to make sure.
