I spent the weekend installing the BP-51's on my 2017 Cruiser. I won't say everything went easy but I got it done. On Sunday when I go for my test drive I hear a clap noise on the passenger side when I hit small bumps, but when I checked all the bolts everything was tight (after that I left it parked until the alignment). Went in Tuesday for alignment and they said the shock was pushed up over the sleeve of the shock body and wasn't sitting right. I take it to the shop I had the pre-load adjusted at and they reset the spring but find that the sway bar is hitting the spring and that is what is causing it to get pushed up. Has anyone run into this issue? It's only happening on the passenger side. I did disconnect the sway bar on that side but realized I didn't have to so had a helluva time getting it back to align the bolt but was able to do using a pry bar and a floor jack. The shop is waiting to hear back from ARB. Any pointers from anyone?

Posting a photo would be extremely helpful.

Never mind I misunderstood what they were running into. They disconnected the sway bar and couldn't get it back together after they pulled the coil over to rectify the spring issue. According to the shop this was the first 200 series with BP51 they encountered.

Thank you @Markuson, I asked for the picture since I wasn't at the shop and when they sent it to me it clarified a lot.
