Additional Technical Request:

I am also looking for some technical help from the community. I am planning to CNC-machine a custom front strut spacer to level the truck. My goal is a 20mm lift, so I am looking to make the spacer roughly 10mm thick (considering the motion ratio of the IFS).

Does anyone have the exact dimensions for the 250 series front top hat? Specifically, I need:

  • Outside Diameter (OD) of the spacer.
  • Center Bore Diameter (to clear the strut top nut/hat).
  • Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) and the exact spacing for the 4-bolt pattern.
If anyone has a technical drawing or has already measured a factory strut assembly, I would greatly appreciate the data so I can get these machined accurately.

I got you.
Here's the spacer I made. I copied @turbo8 's 8mm plan. You can look for his posts about his version.

The center hole is bigger than needed because I wasn't sure I had everything right yet and wanted plenty of clearance.

The 8mm (.315") spacer gave me about 1/2" lift, so the motion ratio is more like 1.5:1

I know the drawing is messy and over-dimensioned. I was trying to put everything on there I could so my friend who was machining it for me had the least math to do.

If you want to make the spacer round, there's room to just put a circle 1/4" outside the farthest out bolt hole.

I tried to attach a step file of the solid, but apparently mud doesn't like that.

If people are interested, I can make more sets of my 8mm thick ones. ~$100 for the set.

Also if people agree on a thicker version, I can make those too. They would just have to acknowledge that they have to limit their bump travel or they risk shock\frame damage.
