Has anyone had this problem with front drive axle seal leak mine is 2014 has done 80000km no off-road or towing anything.
Front right hand side (driver side) drive axel seal leaking ?

Thanks mate for your reply. This should be covered under warranty? Did Toyota replace the seal for you ? I'll be call them tomorrow to make an appointment. I managed to top it up but couldn't get the drain plug .
It should be covered under the 60k warranty without question. It would have been in my case but I ended up replacing the entire CV while chasing down a different issue.
Mine just started leaking on my ‘15 LC with 134k miles, front pinion seal according to the dealer, they wants $350 US to fix it .

I have booked it in with Toyota dealership service for Wednesday's will update how much it will cost me
my warranty expired in March. My 100 series was much better built then 200 series.
Just had the front pinion seal replace by "The Yota Guy" here in UT, It was hard for him to say why it failed, could have been a number of things. He did a great job and over looked the vehicle for me. if any one in the Salt Lake area need work done on their LC, I would highly recommend him.

No mate just the front right side drive axle I will keep an eye on the pinion seal . Toyota not even drain and refill the diff oil they just top it up . They want extra money.
