Front locker won't disengage

My front locker won't disengage. Tried revere, figure 8's hard steering, do the locker units go bad. I do use the lockers fairly regularly

Only the front? Do you hear it operating when you turn it on/off?

There's a big difference between it disengaging and not unlocking than just not unlocking.
