Front Locker Harness Wiring (1 Viewer)

Quick question for everyone. I'm wiring up a harness for the front locker and I'm stumped. There are six wires at the plug coming from the firewall.

Blue M3
Blue w/ yellow REL 3
Blue w/ red M4
Blue w/ black REL 4
Green w/ red FLP
White w/ Black

What is the White w/ Black wire for? Is it a ground I can plug into?

Its a ground, it connects from diff lock module to lock actuator and to chassis ground somewhere.
