Have you measured your flange angles? For a double cardan shaft to work correctly the diff flange should point directly at the transfer flange.

Where did you get this info? The reason I ask is I'm currently installing a 6" Slee lift with the double cardan DS, and I'm pretty sure that's not how it's gonna end up. If the flange diff pointed (up) at the transfer case flange, there would be no angle and no reason for a double articulation at that point, unless the double cardan end goes at the transfer case end (I'm not sure, just assumed the double cardan end went to the diff). I was always told that the optimum set-up for a driveline is when the tranny and diff are parallel. No?

As usual, a bit of searching this forum and I answered all my questions. I was wrong about the double cardan end, it goes at the t-case end. I was edjumicated about driveline angles as well, and yes, the diff flange should point at the t-case. Still not sure if that will be the case with the Slee lift, as I thought the new front arms would position the diff at the stock angle, but the man must know what he's doing.
