Front Driver's Side Dash Speaker Blown

Hey guys,

I have the Mark Levinson stereo in my 2013 LX 570, and I'm wondering if anyone else has found the factory speakers somewhere to replace a blown one? Thanks in advance for the help,

The best thing I've found aftermarket that fit are these: https://www.crutchfield.com/p_20651KSC40/Kicker-KSC40.html?tp=105 but I'd rather replace with the stock ones.
