I am removing the ARB winch bumper from my 93 FJ and replacing it with the stock metal bumper. The ARB has two LP4 lights mounted to it. Question: How do I mount the fogs to the old bumper? Do I need to drill new holes?

The OEM bumper will need to be modded to use the lights from the ARB, which are a very standard size. ARB did that as a sort of "repeater" for the signals in the OEM corner lamp assembly that is mounted to the fender. This was to allay concerns about the corner uprights blocking view of the OEM lamps. I suspect all you really need to be legal is to make sure those corner lamps work. The ARB lamps are superfluous once the ARB itself is gone.
