Front bumper bolt dimensions

I am welding a new peace of steal to the front most cross member on my 87 4runner. The stock bumper bolts were ripped out in a car accident several years ago so i cant measher there locations and i want to be able to use bolt of aftermarket bumpers. Im looking for the center locations of the bumper bolts so i can install new nuts to the back of this plate. Anyone? Thanx.

These are not dead on. A couple holes i moved like a 1/16". But easier to work these numbers and can fit any bumper with a little filing at most. Witch is something you will have to do anyway.
