So I did the birf rebuild and have clunks. Confident my axles need replaced (redid all the preloads and still have sounds I dont like).

That said i am going to look at just redoing the axles with all new stuff... does the below list look correct? Should i redo the spindles too? Any input would be appreciated.

1996 LX450

Toyota 43412-60110 - SHAFT, FRONT AXLE, INNER LH Qty 1

Toyota 43411-60090 - SHAFT, FRONT AXLE, INNER RH Qty1

Toyota 43405-60070 - SHAFT SUB-ASSY, FRONT AXLE OUTER Qty 2

Toyota 90521-34005 - RING, SNAP Qty 2
 
its usually the drive flange splines that wear out first have you already replaced those? usually the inner shaft splines hold up well did you inspect them?

I have not, when I pulled everything there was some wear but nothing that looked concerning. She has about 223,000 on the od. I'll take a look at the drive flange splines, didn't even think about that when had it all apart.
