Got a few frog legs that I'm going to cook tonight, along with some fresh trout.
Was thinking about an egg wash and reg flour with misc seasonings, and toss around in a skillet with some butter - for the frogs legs.
Anyone have a different idea?
The trout will be in foil with seasonings and lemon, and maybe on the grill for a few minutes.

Did the trout in foil with a few spices and a pat of butter and a slice of lemon and on the grill.
Did the legs in an egg wash with tapatio and a flour dredge with spices, and added a sprinkle of panko to the flour. It turned out great, to the point that my boys were screaming about them, and wanting to go get more frogs.
Guess I gotta get a frog gig, and stop depending on the boys using trout lures on the frogs.

Salt, pepper, flour and fried. :D. ( by-pass surgery is becoming almost routine )
