Read about POR 15. Now has any one had any experance with Chassis Saver Paints? From the samples I've seen it can go on with a brush, No bursh markes after drying. I seen it applyed to a thin sheet of metal and then they flexed the metal in every way. No cracking. Beat it with a hammer and no chiping. But I've never used it on a frame. Has anyone.

Starting my first rebuild

I used the aluminzed stuff on my 40 on the rear quarters that I'm fixing. I applied it with a roller and it came out fine. No runs or lap marks. Satin finish with a low gloss. Too cold to topcoat it now, but it should sand out fine as a high build primer. Plus it stops rust. A freiend used the black on his frame and as an undercoat on new panels and loves it. I'm thinking of doing my FJ62 over with a full roller job with the silver. Matte finishes are in these days and this a good way to get them. Cheap and easy stuff to repair trail scratches after the fact, too.
