Posting here because i want a local frame due to shipping issues but i am looking for a frame for my brothers BJ60, his body is good but the frame is toast from front to back.
What other frames, if any will fit. Vince

You can use any BJ/HJ6* series frame, as the body mounts are the same.

If you find a Cdn 2H frame the engine mounts will need swaping out with the 3B mounts.

RHD frames will work. You have to add some pipe to the frame holes on the LHD side for the power steering box (holes already there) and if it is a 2H/12HT frame weld on your 3B engine mounts from the old frame.

We will have one available from an HJ61 soonish.

using a JDM frame will be much cleaner and make your life easier
I have a few customers with decent BJ60 frames for sale. They're cheap but not what I would use
I will have a JDM frame available in about 2 weeks. It's beautiful and not cheap
If you have a few friends helping, the swap can be done fairly quick as well

I agree, he should start with the best frame he can find so what is "not cheap" , i need to be able to give him an idea as to how much it will be. Thanks to you all, Vince

While we're on the subject of frames, I would not mind one. It does not have to be JDM because I can fix whatever rust it has, just better then mine. Steve, you know how bad mine is so you can be the judge. Also it is a hell of a lot easier to fix a frame when there isn't a large truck attached to it. Then you can also do all that cool stuff to it like powder coating, or galvanizing.
