Four runner brakes & pedal travel

I would think so. I just finished the swap on my 71 (w/79 axle), but I used the 95 4Runner master cylinder from the truck the calipers came from (1 " bore). My pedal feels fine.
 
yep. I have '92 V6 4WD calipers on my FJ60...moe travel=more mechanical advantage=more power. it's not enough more travel to bother me, and I notice the extra grab. they're two 40mm pistons vs. a 35mm and a 27mm I think. ratio between master cylinder piston area and caliper piston area (one side) determines pedal travel and hydraulic pressure generated (in addition to pedal arm ratio).
