Browsing through some old photos with the kids, and found these shots of my '71 55 in its "glory days", the day I bought it that is. Sadly it is no longer in the pristine shape these photos would make you think it was.

That's a good looking Piggy Jeff.Is it still in Powell River? I like the fender mounted mirrors.The hood mounted antenna must be another rare option. Are you ever going to bring it back to life and put it back on the road?

Yup its still up there. There's a shot of it somewhere kicking around covered in blackberries.

How's your 55 project shaping up?

I've got one on the road now - Dec POTM - but the other is on the back burner for a while.I've got enough parts to get going on it but I recently acquired a 45 LPB that I'm going to play with first.Who knows,maybe my Pig project will sit for longer than I originally anticipated.Mine won't be the first .

The curtains make it look like it also serves as a guest washroom/shower as well. Sorry Jeff, I just could not resist it.
How about merging the 81 and the 55 into something?
