Found some minor rust... Pics

And I don't really know where to start in taking care of it. It isnt too bad, pretty much surface rust for now, by my front mud flap.

This is what I did to find this little treasure

Then the rust itself

Whats the best way to take this on? I don't care if its green, it will be covered by the flair, or under the truck. Wire wheel and POR-15?

That's not bad.

Wire wheel or media blast (if you have it), then POR 15 or Rust Bullet. There might be a bit of rust inside - so I'd shoot some Fluid Film inside (liberally) after the paint has hardened well.
