Been looking for a deal on a wheel for a spare since I bough my 80 wheels. I found a good deal in FT Worth.

Leaving now in the benz. Full grease tank - 14 gals. 4 X 5 gal extra buckets and a big 7 gallon extra tank. Should get me to FT Worth and back. On Clutchee's advice, I took the front seat out. Went ahead and took the back seat out too. Bringing a couple of compression straps in case one has to go on top.

Did I mention that it's a set of 4 wheels, with 35" AT's on them?

Chris will give updates. Should be back late afternoon tomorrow. Shooting for under $5 worth of fuel for the whole trip! :bounce:

filling up with grease in Shreveport.

everything is A O K.

UPDATE #4

Our greaser has made it to Ft. Worth.

Pass go and collect your $200.

it's too bad your not picking up 5 and only need 1. I need a full floater in the rear to prevent rear semi-float axle shaft explosions like last week. But to run full float in rear would mean I need the 16" rims and tires to clear the calipers...
hmm, maybe I could run 2 16" rims in the back and keep the 15" rims up front:hillbilly:

Update #5

Canton, TX

Loaded and a bacon egg cheese breakfast to boot.

How bad are the tires? I got two 80 series frineds that would love these. I'm guessing you're keeping one as your spare though huh.
