I happen to have a 62 fj40 with an all original drivetrain except for an aftermarket oil filter and electric fuel pump. It has the oil bath air cleaner and still has the generator! Haha It shows sixty thousand on the odometer and the body is in excellent shape so that may be accurate. I was planning on doing a 4bt swap with a nv4500 and a fj60 t-case so I'm looking for a good home for the drivetrain if you want it let me know!

Is the transmission original? Column shifter or floor shifter? Looking for a original pre mid 63 transmission with the floor shift. Also interested in the generator if you decided to part out. I would be interested in the whole setup if you could deliver to AZ for free

The tranny is original but it is a column shift. The column shift worked pretty well when I had it running last summer. If I part it out I'll keep you in mind for the gen. But for the the delivery I'm in wy and my dd is an fzj80 so that would cost hundreds hahaha.
